The Modern Dark Ages

There isn't too much difference between the kings we have today,
and the ones from our past centuries who made the peasant pay.
But instead of castles corporations,
instead of jokers T.V stations,
Instead of horses automation,
but still we slave for money.
I see it now, this world is slowing to a crawl,
We're beaten down and we can't take this anymore,
The ones who didn't listen,
will repent when they see,
these are the modern dark ages,
without the chivalry.
So now we're left here wondering,
why all this shit is happening,
when most of all us human beings,
have so much love to bring.
Cos cancer cures exist today,
and so does a free energy,
but they won't tell you on T.V,
they'll probably just call me crazy.
I see it now, this world is slowing to a crawl,
We're beaten down and we can't take this anymore,
The ones that didn't listen,
will repent when they see,
these are the modern dark ages,
without the chivalry.
I hope that when you see it,
You won't believe your eyes.
For the ones that don't believe shit,
this'll be a big surprise.
When the world comes crashing down then,
suddenly they'll realise,
they're the ones that should've listened,
and read between the headlines.
I see it now, this world is slowing to a crawl,
We're beaten down and we can't take this anymore,
The ones that didn't listen,
will repent when they see,
these are the modern dark ages,
without the chivalry.

We're here, supposed to be free.
So why do we feel trapped?
Tyrant minorities, they fight to hide the facts!
What's really going on?
Have we all given up?
Just know that you're not alone, and we'll get out of this rut.
Now I know I'm meant to tell you,
about all these crazy things,
but I've stopped to reassure you,
of the hope that you can bring,
to the hearts and the heads,
of the ones we choose to love,
but be warned the path your choosing now is tough.
If you don't think you can take it then just fucking give up!
I know, I know, that we're all the same,
I know, I know, that it's time for change,
I know, I know, we can take this fight,
I know, I know, we can make this right.
Now this right here is my regret to tell you of these lies,
they kill to keep us in the dark then say we're civilized,
they spread false word that moneys good, we need it to survive,
but basically that's slavery, our lives all have a price.
I know, I know, that we're all the same, I know, I know, that it's time for change, I know, I know, we can take this fight, I know, I know, we can make this right.
We can make this right
We can make this right
We can make this right
We can make this right

Coober Pedy

Well I'm moving to Coober Pedy,
cos I didn't know what to do.
About the world so full of hate,
all hidden from the truth.
So now I'm mining opals,
Chipping boulders through and through,
So that I can break the system take advantage of my youth,
And I won't forget the people here,
I won't forget my roots,
Coober Pedy
All the lawyers and the bankers,
and their power over debt,
make me want to get a gun,
and put a bullet in my head,
but I know if I escape into the desert way out there,
I can dig and dig until I find a portion of a share!
Coober Pedy is my way out,
Of a world that is filled with doubt,
in itself, if you change your mind,
you'll free yourself,
and change your life.
Take the time to find out where things come from.
Find solutions to all the problems.
Laws were made because we didn't take the time to solve them.
Take the time to find out where things come from.
Find solutions to all the problems.
Laws were made because we didn't take the time to solve them,
didn't take the time to solve them.

Seditious

We've been born into darkness,
shades down and curtains closed,
thinking well see the light by doing exactly what were told,
but just by stepping out of line,
your free to open your mind,
feel like your one of a kind,
before you get left behind,
The establishments in society,
spread lies to keep you on your knees.
No question of morality,
well here's a fucking question.
What's the probability you'll cut this rope that's binding me?
It's stopping us all being free
We've been born into slavery
Just take a look around and you will see some tell tale signs,
that things are worse than bad,
is this how we should lead our lives?
When this is all said and done,
we've spent this life on the run
Desperate to catch the sun
But even still were getting none
The establishments in society,
spread lies to keep you on your knees.
No question of morality,
well here's a fucking question.
What's the probability you'll cut this rope that's binding me?
We once were blind but now we see
So all that's left to do is get angry!
The establishments in society,
spread lies to keep you on your knees.
No question of morality,
well here's a fucking question.
What's the probability you'll cut this rope that's binding me?
We once were blind but now we see
So all that's left to do is get angry!
It's time to get angry!
It's time to get angry!
It's time to get angry!

Please listen closely there's some things you need to hear,
We're not defined by the things that we choose to wear,
Your bodies just a shell to take you on the path,
You are what you think, choose your own fate and you'll get far!
Calm down, Cheer up.
We're just waiting here.
Our time, will come, feel it drawing nearer,
They palm off what we say cos clearly we're too young.
When they stand down, its this world that we're going to run!
Please look around you there's some things you need to see,
We won't conform to the prototypes you want us to be,
I realise now you had a life planned out for me,
But I won't slave for my pittance of money knowing that it's worth nothing!
Calm down, Cheer up.
We're just waiting here.
Our time, will come, feel it drawing nearer,
They palm off what we say cos clearly we're too young.
When they stand down, its this world that we're going to run!

Top Dollar Sheep

In a world turned upside down,
torn apart flipped inside out,
power lines and oceans surge with,
a current charged with human doubt.
The wolves fill their glasses to the brim,
with blood sweat fear and many hymns,
then raise their glasses to the sky,
to toast their world of lies.
Stop the ride, and see we're better than this.
Please let us off and let our passions ensure we'll exist,
If you can't fathom human decency,
then pick a weapon, and blow yourself,
to smithereens.
I can see their faces, smirk at our demise,
a global social sickness,
grown inside mankind.
We don't get second chances, we have one life to live,
so surely human nature has something more to give.
Is our time up!
(Their the ones who run our lives, dictate our future. They fuel the wars, pollute our planet, and all for what? Money? Power? That's not real. You're the only thing that's real. So Wake Up!)
Safe in their pyramid strongholds,
built around them block by block.
If you don't have a problem,
then you can shut the fuck up,
We're up here you're down there,
you can't touch us you wouldn't dare,
we'll destroy everything you ever loved,
cos we don't care.
Stop the show, don't just accept how it is.
We're still evolving and growing and taking it in,
don't just stay home and lay awake in bed,
cos I won't take this lying down!
I can see their faces, smirk at our demise,
a global social sickness,
grown inside mankind.
When they look back at me,
it comes to their surprise,
to see no greed or jealousy,
only love in my eyes.
